TECH: Companion's Alexandria 5.0 for Macs

Sorry I did not specify a platform on my previous message. I have been in
nomail for a while & have forgotten the rules.
Yes, I am speaking of Alexandria 5.0 for Macs. We have been on 3.86 and
awaiting an upgrade for quite a while. They seem to bring out new versions
and then recommend that current customers not upgrade. There are always
"problems." What gives? Alicia
