Does anyone know of a way to find an e-mail address for any person living in a particular town if you do not have a name? I am trying to find a way to contact anyone living in the town of Midsayap which is in the province of Cotabato in the Philippines. It is a small town but I think some people there have internet access. I just found out that the 50th anniversary of my Dad's ordination as a minister is tomorrow (Oct. 3) and I have succeeded in reaching people in each of his former parishes to send him e-mail greetings on the day. But I have no name to go on for this one. I've tried the reference desks of several local colleges and public libraries but no one knows how to do it. Any ideas - quick?
