Netscape E-mail

I am hoping to be able to ask this question without offending or
upsetting anyone, and I promise to only thank the individuals who
respond.
        1.  I have looked in the archives for using Netscape e-mail and
did not see exactly what I need to know.
        2.  I have looked in the Netscape 4.08 online help and could not
find it there either.
We are using Netscape 4.08 and have students with e-mail accounts from
home but they do not have a school e-mail account so they can not use
our e-mail program Microsoft Exchange/Outlook.  How can they e-mail
articles and web sites that they find at school to their home computer
so they don't have to pay to print the articles?
(My messages always are returned because there is no identifying
signature but each time they are returned the signature is there so this
time I am typing the signature in the message.  Sorry if it appears
twice--I just wanted my message to get posted this time.)
