GOING TO CONFERENCES AND NEED A BABY SITTER

I am a new media specialist and I have heard great things about the
conferences that target our profession.  I have one problem, I have a 2
year old and no one to take care of her.   Is there any media specialist
out there with the same problem.  How do you handle?
