LM_NET: Library Media Networking

For the status, text, Congressional Record comments, etc. of all US
Bills, go to http://thomas.loc.gov/ .  You can search on number or
words/phrases.  If the Bill is from the House, put 'HR' or 'h.r.' in
front of the number, and if the Bill is from the Senate, put 'S'
or 'S.' in front of the number.  (case doesn't matter)

By the way, the bill that Carol Simpson referenced is S1545,  not
'1525'.
