GEN: video needed

We are looking to replace an "ancient" (circa 1987) video on parliamentary
procedure.  The video shows a meeting in session and in subtitles it
describes the action (motion/seconded/amend...)  I've looked for the
publisher, but apparently they are out of business.

If you have a video like this or have seen one in a catalog, please send on
the information.
