TARGET: Professional Development Plan

I am reposting this request as a friend informed me that my signature file
was incorrect.  I don't know how that happened! Sorry about that!

We are working on a three-year technology plan for our high school and I
am charged with devising a plan for professional development.
Does you school have a technology plan that includes professional
development, particularly as it relates to curriculum integration??
If so, is it school-based, county-based, state-based?  How is it funded??
Who is in charge of its implementation??  How is it evaluated??  What is
the role of the library media specialist?
