Target: eMate like computers

My library circulates eMate computers to students.  A teacher has requested
a similar kind of computer but wants a PC not a Mac.  These hard plastic,
durable computers are great for students to carry to class and home for word
processing.  Does anyone know of a company besides Apple that sells this
kind of a computer?  TIA
