Sec: Library lighting

We are embarking upon library renovations soon (suddenly a year sooner than
expected ), and  need to know all of the answers yesterday. The electrician
is coming any day now and I do not know anything about lighting specifics.
Are there special rules for lighting libraries?  Watts per square foot?
Special kind of bulbs? If you know any good inside info on lighting please
let us know - Thanks!
