Web Page Software: Frontpage vs Claris Home Page

Hi,
I would like to develop a Web Page for my high school with a software
program with more professional features than Netscape Composer. Claris
Home Page and Frontpage 2000 have been recommended. Please give me your
impressions for a beginning Web Page developer. I do not have HTML
background. Thanks for your assistance.
