GEN: video MARC records online?

Dear LM_NETters,

TARGET:  Is there someplace to find MARC records online
for video recordings like Lib. of Congress for books?  Also,
how about a site for MARC records for music CDs?  I can't
afford to belong to OCLC and tap into their records.
