Does anyone know of a users' group for this program? One for real,
live, in-the-trenches users like high school classified staff? All I
can find through the various search engines and listserv/user group
indexes is one group that is internal to a midwest university and
another that seems to be for administrators.
Our district just moved to XP; it has been a wall-to-wall disaster and
nobody can figure out how to get a printed list of students with their
Period 2 teacher assignments, let alone derive a file of new students
that we can run through Follett's conversion program to load into the
circulation system. The only tech support apparently is the paid-for
variety, and the district won't pay. Nothing useful on the company's
website (but a lot of stuff about how wonderful an investment the
company's stock is!).
Thanks in advance.
