Yes! I have kindergarten students wanting to check them out even though they have seen them in an older sibling's hands and KNOW they cannot read them. I don't have a problem letting kids check out books that are too hard for them because many of them have family members willing to read the book to the student. What do you do when you have a list of 10 kids who CAN read them waiting for the book and then you have 5 to 10 more kids who can't read them who want to go on the list?
