Media Specialists Evaluations

OUr media specialists and computer teachers are meeting on 9-15 to design
a evaluation form for media/technology.  The ones the principals use for
the teachers to not fit for us. So the principals have asked for our help.
If your district is using a separate form for media/technology
evaluations would you please fax me a copy of it at 402-223-1510 or mail
to address in signature.  Your help is greatly appreciated.
