Out of print book? Badger and the magic fan

Friends, I have been looking for a copy of this book for some time.  It is a
Japanese pinocchio type tale, picture book format.  Books in print still
lists it as in print but no bookstore online or off that I have found has
it.  Can anyone suggest  a place I might try?  Thanks so much.
