Target: Old music education film from Disney?

My music teacher is looking for an old film which she thinks was Disney,
that she used in 16mm format years ago.  She's wondering if it has been
converted to VHS video.  We have searched Library video Co. and amazon.com,
and I have sent to email to Disney about it.  If any of you know of the
video, entitled "Toot, Whistle, Plunk, and Boom", could you please let me
know?
