GEN:New Company (or possibly new name) sending preview videos

Yesterday I received a call from a company, American Educational Videos
(I think this was the exact name) telling me that they had mailed me a
catalog and some videos to preview.  I told the woman that any videos
not ordered but received would be considered donations to the school
since I do not preview videos.  She said that she would "try to stop
them", but that I could just call them for return instructions.  I
reiterated that they would be considered gifts if received since they
were not ordered and that I was going to put a message out on the LM-NET

informing school librarians about this since many of us had dealt with
this unfavorable practice in the past.  Be warned!   (At least she was
much more pleasant than representatives of the other companies that have

called in the past!)
