TECH: help needed - Netscape 3.0

Dear LM_NETTERS,

I hope I can explain my problem well enough to get help.  I am currently
running Netscape 3.0 on a Macintosh 5200, with a new 56k US Robotics modem.
I connect via my school district's server.  Here's the problem.  The past
two evenings when I have attempted to get beyond the district homepage, I
can get to one more site and then if I click on a link on that page it
starts to load and then stops.  No error message, no dropped line, cursor
still moves around.  I have walked away for five minutes thinking it was
just a slow transfer....nothing.  Last night I ran Disk Utilities from my
system CD. Damage was found and repaired.  I have reset parameters,
rebooted, let it sit all day today and the same thing happens. I have not
tried to reinstall Netscape yet.  In addition, I have had no problems
getting my email through Eudora so I am thinking it might be software.

If anyone can lead me in the right direction for correcting this problem I
would greatly appreciate it. TIA
