TARGET: Websites for Climate Regions in America

In two weeks I will be teaching fifth grades how to research climate
characteristics of the United States. If you know of any good wegsites
please let me know.
Specific Characteristics of the information the students will be looking for
include:

Climate regions: tundra, subarctic, rain forest, savanna, mediterranean,
humid subtropical, marine west coast, continental, highlands, steppe,
desert.

For each region: what the weather is like for each season
annual perceptation and forms
average temp. for each month
