Hi all--

In our library/information center, the best use of the internet goes something
like this:

1) Before their visit, students are assigned a computer (and sometimes a
partner).
2) Teacher prepares questions the students will answer while researching
online.
3) Suggested sites are bookmarked on the computer and written on white board
or
    a handout.
4) In case of connection problems we have cd-rom software loaded and ready
for
    immediate use.

Delurking, in advance. :>
