TARGET: SEC Student Copiers

I'm unlurking with an urgent request! We are a large high school media
center in dire need of a copier for student use.
1- Do you know of a good company with a  basic machine available for lease
with a service contract?
2- Do you use a self-service coin operated machine or
3- Is it better for student staffers and adults to make copies and collect
money? The argument for this is to eliminate the need for the perceived
finicky self-service coin box AND to better watch what students are copying.
4-How does one budget for something like this?
Please share suggestions and experiences!
