National Geographic Index

Does anyone know where I could find the indexes to National Geographic
Magazine for the years starting at July-1991 up to June-1995?  I have a
hard bound that covers from the beginning up to 1989.  And I have paper
indexes for the rest but am missing the above mentioned years.  I use the
On-line National Geographic index for current info but a English teacher
uses the Magazines for a comparison/contrast of the changing way the
magazine has evolved throughout the years so we would like to get our hands
on the missing indexes.  I have looked in the Magazine itself and cannot
find any mention of an index.  Thanks for any help in this matter.
