Quilt Project

Dear All,
     Last year I was involved in a quilt project with people from 49
other states run by Kay Ellison.  At the end of the year, she said that
she was handing over the reins to another person.  I, of course, deleted
that message!
     Does anyone know of this project and who will be in charge this year?
