TECH:Logo software question

I am hoping that your collective wisdom will help.

Our group is co-hosting (actually three organizations are hosting) a
technology conference the end of this month.  As part of the conference we
are offering session on the programming language Logo.  One of our
presenters wants a version  called PC TURTLE.  Have any of you heard of
this version and know where we can obtain it?  A web search turned up PC
Logo  and Terrapin software.  We found a free version MSW Logo but nothing
that says PC Logo.

Your help will be much appreciated.

PS.  Best wishes to those of you facing Floyd, would like to hear how you
all came out.
