I know I didn't do one but I will check Tuesday to see if any of the resources we received had any. My contribution was to do a student produced video for each pillar which we played over the Channel One system in our school. This helped reinforce whatever pillar we were studying and was something the students enjoyed. If I find a list of books, I will send them to you. Good luck.
