I just installed ver 4 and service pack 4.1 on our Elementary's Novell 5 LAN and experienced a rather strange phenomenon that might help you. Check to see whether your Tech guy mapped a drive straight to your Spectrum area on the server. If he did, in Windows Explorer (NOT Internet Explorer!) you will see something like: H:>Spectrum on Fileservernamehere Apparently Winnebago's 'Moving to Spectrum' program really doesn't like running from a mapped drive. (Or in our case it wouldn't run at all.)
