Re: Hit Culturgrams in works cited

I had a number of "please shares" and a few suggestions for the correct
bibliographic form for Culturgrams.

The following, from the MLA handbook, is the correct form for
encyclopedias AND reference books.  I guess Culturgrams would fall under
the reference books heading, and, especially since the looseleaf version
does not have page numbers, it is important to have an article title:

Author of Article.(if given) "Article Title." Title of Book.  City
      of Publication:  Publisher, Year.
