The filtering software NetNanny (www.netnanny.com) has two modes: (a) block access to listed sites, and, (b) allow access to listed sites only. 2. We are using Netscape 6.0 and using it's proxy server restrictions where, once you invoke that, you then list server addresses (via domain names) where you allow people to go on the Internet.
