MS Literacy Coordinator

Hi,
In addition to holding the position of  LMS and Tech Coord., I have been
appointed  Literacy Coordinator, under the America's Choice School
Design Model.  If any of you have experience with this position, I would
appreciate any and all input.  Right now, I am planning a 25 book
reading kick off.  An assembly program is necessary.  Also, need
suggestions for reading logs--something quick and simple.
