Target: Tech: changing browser homepage on imac

We just received 24 new imacs.  We would like to change the homepage on
Netscape 4.x, which was already installed.  The area that appears to be the
place to make the change appears as grayed out.  My tech person and I do not
seem to be able to find any other place to change the home page.  Any
suggestions?  I believe this question was asked recently, but an archive
search was not successful.

Thanks for any ideas.
