TECH: Netscape/World Book conflict

Dear Colleagues,

I am suddenly having a problem keeping both  the World Book 98CD(on a
tower) and Netscape 4.0 open on my Mac 5400s.  I have always used both of
these resources and kept them open for students to access.  Since last
week, I am getting the following message:

        Internal XVT Error: 35564-2368220
        Click mouse to continue

After you click, World Book shuts down.

The tech gurus have tried everything, including different combinations of
World Book 98 and 2000 with both Netscape 4.0 and Netscape 4.7.  We do have
Foolproof on these machines, but that is not new.  It has been shut it off
and we are still having the problem.

If anyone has had this problem, or has any idea what to do, I would
appreciate your thoughts.
