reclassification

Hi LM Netters -

We are "Library Clerks" who have been trying with no luck to change our
job classification to "Library Media Technicians".  This has been going
on for 2 years and still no progress.  Our job description is over 15
years old!  Does anyone have any suggestions how we can get
administration to sit up and take notice?  Ten years ago there was a
certificated librarian for our small (4 school) district, when that
person was let go, the library clerks (3hour55min  each)  have taken
over full responsibility with no change in status.
