Updated version of Slide Shop by Scholastic?

Another great program we used to use was Slide Shop by Scholastic.  Like VCR
Companion, it allowed us to do quick and easy graphics to place on video
programs, though it was a little more complex.  It ran on Apple computers
too.  Has anyone seen an updated version of this for Windows?
