happy follow up to tapes for sale!!!!!

Well, it looks like if I do things myself, I'll get results!  I called
Sunburst about those video tapes we 'bought' and found out that we
never bought them!  We've been holding them for Sunburst for 2 years
and my office never got a bill.  We can't find a purchase order,
either.  But Sunburst customer service had this order from 1998 in
their computer from another office and why they never got to the school
*I *don't *know!  But as it is...they aren't ours to sell!  We are
keeping the 3 captioned videos and returning the 11 uncaptioned tapes.
WHEW!

I was *so* aggravated, too!  Thanks to Sunburst for not even being
angry at our lack of followup!

thanks to those who commisserated with me....I gotta confess...this is
a nice thing to happen in a long time!
