TARGET: Flexible Sched. Justification

Sorry if the message below is a duplicate. I sent it more than 24 hours
ago, and it never showed up.

The librarians in my district are going to be working on a proposal to
change to flexible scheduling. If you switched to a flexible schedule and
you wrote a proposal/justification to make that change, would you mind
sharing?
