Happy Friday!

I have a degree in theatre and have worked with professional, community, and
schools for 20 years. I have never seen a program with the title
underlined. Sometimes italicized, but for emphasis or because whoever did
the program liked that look, not to make it like a bibliography. The title
and author/composer/etc. credits should be in large type (usually required
by your royalty contract) which is more than enough to set the title apart.
