Taking Inventory With Computer

I need help.  I loaned out my PHD plus and the party which I loaned it
to has broken it.  Now I have to take inventory using a cart and a
computer.  I have tried to download the RMTBAT files with run a single
computer station for inventory use, but I keep getting language load
error.  Can someone please tell me what to do?  I will have to purchase
a new PHD next year, funding permits.
