Do any of you in a school setting count the number of patrons using the library? If you do, are there limitations? i.e. Do you count only those individuals that come and stay for awhile? Or do you count students that return a book and leave, teachers picking up equipment, etc? Do you use these numbers for specific purposes? i.e. bigger facility, more computers, etc. Are you required to keep these numbers for administration or merely for yourself? Do you keep just a number count or do students have to sign in? I'll try to post a hit within the week if I receive enough responses.
