The St. Lawrence-Lewis Board of Cooperative Educational Services is
looking for a librarian to work with both the School Library System and
the Media Library. The ideal candidate should have a Master's Degree from
an ALA accredited program including recent coursework in online
searching. A minimum of five years experience in educational settings
with progressively more responsibility with administrative duties.
Applicants should be familiar with US MARC, Z39.50, OCLC, the Internet
and other protocols and standards common to the electronic library
community. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, trouble shoot
technology and still smile and work collaboratively with office and
district colleagues is a must. Familiarity with Mandarin Software and
MediaNet web-based film booking system are highly valued. Outstanding
written and verbal communication skills are very necessary. Applicants
