Dear Group,
My school has evaluated data from state assessment tests and concluded
that our boys are the lowest achievers in reading. I do not think this
came as a surprise to anyone nor do I think it is terribly different
from national trends. However, we are in the process of surveying the
research to identify specific strategies to target middle school boys.
I would appreciate any insight you can offer or strategies you use that
are successful. I will happily post a hit of all suggestions. Thanks
in advance.
