I have this problem in my fiction section and after trying several ideas hit upon an easy, simple, light, durable, and inexpensive fix...spring tension curtain rod. I get the light weight round ones that fit the width of the self (36 inches) that are only $2.99 each. Surprisingly enough the kids (k-4) haven't bent any of them yet and if they do get out of place are easy to fix! YEAH!!! -- Barb Engvall Library Media Specialist John Campbell Elementary School 408 N. 1st Street Selah, Wa 98942 mcbook@nwinfo.net --MS_Mac_OE_3039718967_5596534_MIME_Part Content-type: text/html; charset="US-ASCII" Content-transfer-encoding: quoted-printable <HTML> <HEAD> <TITLE>Deep book shelves</TITLE> </HEAD> <BODY BGCOLOR=3D"#FFFFFF"> <TT>It seems to me that sometime ago there was a brief discussion about kee= ping<BR> books from getting lost on deep bookshelves.
