JOB: Librarian (Secondary Library Media Teacher) Bidwell JHS, Chico, California

Dear CALIBK12 and LM_NET Colleagues,

There is an opening for a librarian (Secondary Library Media Teacher) at
Bidwell JHS, Chico, California. The position is listsed as temporary, but
it is a position that has been in existence since before I became a
librarian in the early Seventies, so I expect that it will continue as a
reular position.

Bidwell <http://www.cusd.chico.k12.ca.us/bidwell> is a 7-8 JHS. It has an
excellent reputation for its student success and as a good place to work.
The principal is superb, and easy to work with!

Chico is a college town/business and farming center in the upper
Sacramento valley, with a population of approximately 100,000. We are
close to lakes, creeks, rivers, orchards, rice fileds, and 1.5 hours by
auto from Sacramento, and 3 hours from the San Francisco Bay Area.
