Yorinks Quilt Auction

The on-line auction for textile art by award-winning quilter Adrienne
Yorinks will end on August 31, 2000.  Don't delay--place your bid by
going to http://www.txla.org/wells/gallery.html.  These pieces of
original art were created for the book STAND FOR CHILDREN by Marian
Wright Edelman and are valued at over $1,500.  One quilt doesn't even
yet have a bid!  Proceeds from the online auction will benefit the Texas
Library Association's Disaster Relief Fund.  The fund will help
libraries in Texas that have lost books and other materials due to a
disaster.
