Dear Wise Ones,

I came across the following article on  CNet News describing
problems that Amazon had recently. This may explain some of the
reasons for recent complaints on this list.

Incidentally I have always had good service from Amazon and since
my school is registered with Schoolpop, I get extra money back for
my school when I order.
