I am VERY new to this listserv (or any listserv for that matter) so =
please have patience.....heheheh....

I am teaching 6th grade English next year and am looking for some HELP! =
I want to teach English skills by using picture books or children's =
books. FOr example, I use THE JOLLY POSTMAN to teach letter writing. =
These children are taking reading as well so i don't want to burden them =
down with a novel, but feel that teaching with these children's books =
would be FUN!=20

I am asking for suggestions or things that you do in your classroom with =
children's books!!!

Thanks,
Lisa Smith
