It's official! There really is a new position available at the California
Department of Education for another school library consultant. The position
does require a library media teacher credential. Packets were mailed
yesterday to those who responded to my earlier, unofficial alert.
Applications need to arrive no later than August 22 so if you would like a
packet of information, contact either me at 916-654-6161 or my division
director, Sherry Skelly Griffith at (916) 657-3361 or 657-4467.  The new
library consultant and I will team with an analyst to create a mini-office
within the Curriculum Frameworks Unit. It should be fun!!  BJ :-)
