While looking through our reference collection today at a medium-size public library I noticed a book which looks like it may have clear and easily understood answers to copyright questions that I sometimes see people posing to our group. I looked through the book and it has sections on "can do" and "cannot do" as well as some appendices in the back some of which have sample forms. I hope this does not count as an advertisement because I have no vested interest in the sales of this book! Commonsense Copyright: a guide for Educators and Librarians Second Edition (copyright 1999) Talab, R.S. ISBN 0-7864-0675-5 I think that I may need a copy of this book or a similar book when I actually start working in a school media center.
