Dear Colleagues, I am trying to convince my principal that flexible scheduling works and we should try it out at least on a small scale. I teach in a K-8 school with a populaton of 650 students. I see all of them once a week for a 30 or 40 minute class. The teachers stay as this is not a prep period for them. Any suggestions for justification on the topic of flexible scheduling would be greatly appreciated.
