target: resume question

Hi everyone-

I have a friend whose husband just found out his company is
closing.
He's 40ish and worked in the same job title for last last 25
years. He's worked in the same physical place for the last
25 years, but the names of the company have changed 4-5
times.
Dilemma- does he write each new name as a different company
or as one place and list the company?

She's looked online and in books but most resume suggestions
are for right out of college kids and is not fitting her
needs.

Any insights? Let me know. Thanks.
