Dear LM_Netters, I wanted to know if there were any websites that list schools that have been sued because they violated copyright law. Or, if you read something in the paper, that would be great as well. I searched the archives using: copyright, copyright law, and copyright sue: but did not find the information I needed. I have support in sending out a reminder that teachers should not show a tape for entertainment (I had a student come ask for a Christmas tape), but I think the message would have more impact if I could site some actual cases.
